The basics done properly. Your site has a home, it's backed up every day, and we're watching it around the clock. One small content update included each month.
Growth — £199/mo
Everything in Starter, plus up to four hours of updates and changes each month. Also includes a monthly performance report.
Partner — £499/mo
Everything in Growth, plus unlimited small updates, same-day response Monday to Friday, and a quarterly call with Ali. For businesses where the website is a core part of how they operate.
Shopify Care — £89/mo
Specifically for Shopify stores. Keeps your apps and theme up to date and covers up to two hours of Shopify changes each month.
Annual billing:Pay annually and get 10% off any plan — that's roughly 1.2 months free over the year. The Starter plan works out at £530/yr instead of £588 (saving £58). Just let us know when signing up.
What's the catch with the free website?
There isn't one, exactly — but here's how it works. Building websites cheaply for small businesses is how we grow our portfolio. The commercial model is the monthly retainer. We make money over time from clients who find the site genuinely useful and stay on a care plan. That means we're incentivised to build something good and keep supporting it — not to take your money and disappear. There are no hidden fees, no sudden price hikes, and no pressure to upgrade your plan.
Frequently asked questions
What happens if I want to cancel?
You give us 30 days' notice and that's it. No exit fees, no awkward conversations. We'll make sure you have everything you need — your files, your logins, your domain — so you can move to another provider easily.
Do I own my website?
Yes. The code, the design, the content — all of it is yours. We'll hand over the full codebase and all assets if you ever want to take it elsewhere. The one exception is licensed stock images, where you'd need to check the licence terms, but we'll flag those upfront.
What's included in the hosting?
UK-based hosting on fast, reliable servers. SSL certificate (the padlock in your browser). Daily automated backups stored securely offsite. Uptime monitoring — if your site goes down, we'll know before you do and we'll fix it. Software and security updates to keep everything running safely.
How does the free website work — what's the catch?
You get a properly built, professionally designed website at no upfront cost. In return, we ask that you stay on a monthly care plan (Starter at £49/mo is the minimum). There's no lock-in period — cancel with 30 days' notice whenever you like. The free build is available to a limited number of clients while we're building our portfolio.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes, at any time. Just drop us a message and we'll adjust your billing from your next renewal date. If you're on annual billing, we'll work out a fair pro-rata amount for the upgrade.
What if I already have a website — can you take it over?
Usually, yes. Send us the URL and a quick description of what you need help with. We'll have a look and let you know honestly whether it makes more sense to maintain what you've got or rebuild it.
