There isn't one, exactly — here's the maths. When you commit to 12 months upfront, we know we'll have you as a client for at least a year. That gives us the runway to build the site properly without charging a separate build fee. We make our money on the care plan over the year, not the build itself.
That means we're incentivised to build something you actually want to keep using — not to take a build fee and disappear. There are no hidden fees, no sudden price hikes, and no pressure to upgrade your plan. After 12 months you can renew, switch to monthly, or leave with everything you own.

No problem. Pick one of the monthly options: £99 for a basic 4-page site (home, about, contact, +1) or £499 for the full version with blog, SEO and Google Business Profile. Both come with a monthly care plan from £15/mo. The build fee is one-off — no contract.
On a monthly plan, give us 30 days' notice and that's it. No exit fees, no awkward conversations. On annual billing, the plan runs to the end of the 12 months you paid for — after that you can cancel or renew as you choose. Either way, we'll hand over your files, logins, and domain.
Yes. The code, the design, the content — all of it is yours. We'll hand over the full codebase and all assets if you ever want to take it elsewhere. The one exception is licensed stock images, where you'd need to check the licence terms, but we'll flag those upfront.

Usually, yes. Send us the URL and a quick description of what you need help with. We'll have a look and let you know honestly whether it makes more sense to maintain what you've got or rebuild it.
Each plan includes a set number of changes per month (Basic = none, Starter = 1 hour, Growth = 4 hours, Partner = 10 hours). Beyond that, extra work is charged at an hourly rate that gets cheaper as your plan goes up — £50/hr on Basic, £35/hr on Starter, £25/hr on Growth, £20/hr on Partner. Hours don't roll over month to month.
